Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, i.e. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you found it, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@veratier.ch contact . If If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior consultation will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order after receipt and contact us immediately (preferably with a photo) if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix the problem.

Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to send back the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
